Product Introduction

This product is produced through reactive extrusion grafting of maleic anhydride (MAH) onto polyolefin elastomer (POE), endowing it with high polarity, excellent viscoelastic properties, and outstanding reactive compatibility. It is widely used in the production and processing of nylon-overmolded materials, demonstrating exceptional low-temperature impact toughness and superior bonding performance.

Typical Applications:

1.Enhances adhesion performance in nylon overmolding applications

2.Toughening agent for nylon and other engineering plastics, significantly improving impact resistance - particularly effective for recycled nylon (enhances both impact and tensile properties)

3.Impact modifier for polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) systems

4.Compatibilizer for PA/PE and PA/PP polymer alloy

5.Toughening compatibilizer for wood-plastic composites (WPC) based on polyolefins

6.Impact modifier for various polar resin systems

Recommended Loading:

With its high maleic anhydride (MAH) grafting ratio, this product requires specific loadings for optimal performance: typically 30-50% for overmolding applications, while demonstrating exceptional efficiency in PA toughening - showing noticeable effects at just 1.5% loading, achieving super-tough and low-temperature performance above 15% (max 30%). For general impact modification in other materials, 6-12% is recommended. End-users should determine the exact percentage based on their formulation design and final performance requirements.
