The product is produced through reactive extrusion grafting of maleic anhydride onto an imported POE composite formula, boasting excellent polarity and reactivity. The molecular chain of this polyolefin elastomer is a fully saturated structure, offering outstanding oxidation resistance and stability, thereby ensuring the aging resistance of the final product. Due to its excellent elasticity and reactive compatibility, it is widely used in the production of flexible elastomers (TPE/TPO, etc.) and halogen-free wire and cable materials, demonstrating remarkable stress crack resistance and low-temperature impact toughness. Adding a small amount of this product can significantly improve the compatibility of flame retardants, inorganic fillers, and resins such as polyolefin and SEBS, notably enhancing the tensile strength and elongation at break of the material. Furthermore, it can significantly enhance the surface elasticity and scratch resistance of the material, improving the comprehensive performance of polyolefin low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable materials and flame retardant TPE materials.

Typical applications:

1. A compatibility modifier used for aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, and other fillers in polyethylene or polyolefin halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials, to improve tensile strength and elongation at break;

2. It is particularly suitable as a compatibilizer for phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant TPE/TPO extrusion cable materials, charging pile sheath insulation materials, and injection molding materials, improving tensile strength, elongation at break, surface elasticity, and scratch resistance;

3. The toughening compatibilizer for flame-retardant PP thin-walled automotive cable materials can enhance the material's elongation at break and extrusion rheological properties;

4. It is a dedicated compatibilizer for high-grade low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant cable compounds, suitable for use in specialized cable materials, achieving an elongation rate greater than 600%. It is also an essential compatibilizer for flexible elastomer-based low-smoke zero-halogen cable compounds.


Recommended Loading:

The product has a high grafting rate of maleic anhydride, so a small addition amount can achieve good results, typically ranging from 3% to 8%. The specific addition amount needs to be determined by the user based on the formula design and the final performance requirements of the product.
