产品介绍

This series of rubber compound compatibilizers are high-performance polymer interface modifiers prepared by using matrix resins (such as POE, TPE, SEBS, EVA, etc.) as the backbone and through chemical grafting of reactive functional groups (such as maleic anhydride MAH, epoxy groups GMA, carboxylic acid groups, etc.).

Mechanism of action and performance advantages:

In encapsulated composite materials, it typically involves the combination of two or more polar/non-polar polymers (such as TPU/PP, PA/PE, rubber/plastic), or the blending of polymers with inorganic fillers. Compatibilizers achieve efficient interfacial compatibilization through the following mechanisms:

1. Compatibility of matrix resin: The matrix resin (such as POE, EVA) in the compatibilizer has a similar structure to the polymer (such as PP, PE, TPU) in the encapsulant, achieving physical compatibility through molecular chain entanglement, co-crystallization, or van der Waals forces.

2. Chemical bonding of functional groups: The grafted active groups (such as MAH) can undergo chemical reactions with polar materials (such as PA, TPU, and hydroxyl groups on the surface of fillers) to form covalent bonds or hydrogen bonds, significantly enhancing the interfacial bonding strength.

3. Dispersed optimization: In the filling system, compatibilizers can reduce the interfacial energy between inorganic fillers (such as talcum powder, glass fiber) and polymers, avoid agglomeration, achieve nanoscale dispersion, and thereby enhance mechanical properties.

Application effect:

1. Enhance interfacial bonding: Address the issue of encapsulation delamination and improve the adhesive strength of heterogeneous materials such as TPU/PP and PA/ABS.

2. Improved mechanical properties: Reduced stress concentration caused by fillers or polarity differences, resulting in significant improvements in impact strength, tensile strength, and fatigue resistance.

3. Processing adaptability: Reducing the viscosity of the blended melt and improving fluidity, making it suitable for processes such as co-extrusion and two-color injection molding.

Typical application areas:

1. Multi-layer rubberized products: tool handles (soft rubber/hard rubber composite), automotive sealing strips (EPDM/PP).

2. Filling and modification system: glass fiber reinforced PA, mineral filled TPE, etc.

3. Recycled material compatibility: Promote the blending compatibility between recycled plastics and new materials.

Product Features:

1. High grafting rate: High reaction efficiency of functional groups, significant effect of interface modification.

2. Low precipitation: The molecular weight is designed reasonably to avoid migration and precipitation.

3. Environmental friendliness: Compliant with RoHS/REACH regulations, suitable for food-contact encapsulation materials.

Through precise molecular design, this series of compatibilizers can provide customers with customized solutions, facilitating the development and application of high-performance encapsulation materials.

For different application scenarios, this series of products offers multiple grades. If you need precise model selection, please contact our sales engineer for the best solution recommendation.
