The Jiuju bonding resin series products are modified from polyolefins by introducing strong polar groups into the molecular chains of polyolefin resins. This not only retains the mechanical properties of polyolefin materials, such as low temperature resistance, aging resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, but also endows the resin with excellent bonding performance for polar materials such as EVOH, PA, aluminum, steel, and other metals. It is widely used in composite barrier films, sheets, hoses, and other products.
Product Features:
1. Strong adhesion: Capable of firmly adhering to metals such as nylon, EVOH, aluminum foil, and tinplate.
2. Durable adhesion: It maintains excellent durable adhesion even after aging, hot water, and steaming treatments.
3. Good processability: It is widely applicable to co-extrusion processes, such as film blowing, blow molding, melt and solid-phase hot pressing, sheet and tube production.
Mechanism of action:
1. Chemical reaction: covalent bond, hydrogen bond, van der Waals force (dispersion force, induction force).
2. Anchor effect: When the adhesive penetrates into the uneven parts of the adherend, it generates physical bonding force.
3. Diffusion effect: When the adhesive and the adherend are compatible with each other, the molecular chains cross the interface and entangle with each other.
